Job Summary:
A reputable legal firm in Pasadena is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent high school graduate looking to start a career in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to provide essential support to our legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys and staff.
- Assist with preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Support the team with various projects and tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Recent high school or college graduate or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Prior office experience or familiarity with legal environments is a plus but not required.

Payrate- $18hr Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
