Aktiv Solutions is seeking well-qualified and highly consultative sales professionals ready to join our rapidly growing team as a Regional Sales Director in MA.
At Aktiv®, your role will consist of identifying and building client relationships while working towards the deployment of our industry leading functional training ecosystems®. Ideal candidates will possess excellent attention to detail, self-motivation, strong project management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment. Coverage area will be MA, CT, RI, VT, NH & ME. We are a creative and collaborative team focused on delivering results for our clients through our energizing and design driven sales process.
What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for both the ground-up development and nurturing of key Client relationships within the commercial fitness industry. Based upon your prior experience, this will include paring your skills with one or more market segments including health clubs, boutique studios, hotels, student recreation centers, corporations, multi-family housing developments, and anywhere our unique training solutions for exercise may be needed.
- Identify prospective clients from a variety of sources (known key accounts, lead response, events, referrals and beyond) towards the achievement of targeted sales goals.
- Schedule meetings with, and present to clients as required—you will primarily target clients receptive to creating specialized space(s) with an emphasis on movement-based programing and/or the equipment solutions that facilitate them.
- Partner with our facility design team and educate clients about dynamic training solutions and the equipment required to power them.
- Prepare and presents proposals to prospective and repeat clients (including equipment recommendations, space plans, digital integration, installation guidance, and payment options).
- Cultivate ongoing relationships and represent the energy of the Aktiv brand always.

- Demonstrates strong organization, planning, communication, diplomacy and presentation ability.
- Minimum (5) years successful national or key account sales experience within the fitness industry or related targeted industries.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to organize well during multi-faceted projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft for Windows Applications.
- College degree with a concentration in business or exercise science and/or compelling equivalent fitness industry work experience required.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
This position is remote and will require a suitable work from home environment. You will partake in light to moderate travel to customers, trade shows/events, and Corporate HQ.

A passion for health and wellness including functional or movement-based training modalities. An enthusiasm for design and experience creation is a must!
