Our client, a large entertainment company in Burbank, is seeking a Brand Partnership Marketing Manager with a strong background in entertainment for a 6-month hybrid contract. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand partnerships that strategically align with their marketing campaigns for newly released movies. You will lead the end-to-end pitch process, from concept development to securing impactful partnerships. As the primary liaison between the entertainment and brand worlds, you will oversee meetings, presentations, and calls with potential brand partners, ensuring that each collaboration enhances the film’s promotional efforts and reaches diverse audiences. Prior experience in brand partnership marketing within the entertainment industry is essential, along with a proven ability to develop innovative partnerships that resonate with both brands and audiences.
This is a hybrid position and requires 3-days/week onsite in Burbank, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of brand partnership strategies that align with marketing campaigns for movie releases.
- Oversee the entire pitch process, from creating partnership proposals to securing buy-in from key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure brand partnerships integrate seamlessly with film campaigns.
- Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential brand partners across various industries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with brand partners, ensuring all interactions are professional and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and expectations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage partnership execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and that both internal and external stakeholders are aligned throughout the process.
- Track and report on the performance and impact of brand partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Stay informed on entertainment industry trends, as well as evolving brand marketing tactics, to identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in brand partnership marketing, with a strong focus on the entertainment industry.
- Proven success in developing and securing brand partnerships for film or entertainment campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and present to senior-level executives.
- Strong understanding of entertainment marketing trends and the ability to apply this knowledge to partnership strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Self-starter with a creative and strategic mindset.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure partnership success.
