Will manage and oversee the contract process.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts (e.g., service agreements, purchase orders, nondisclosure agreements).
- Ensure contracts are legally sound, align with company policies, and protect the organization's interests.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Work with legal, finance, and compliance teams to address risk factors.
- Lead or assist in contract negotiations with vendors, clients, or partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks while securing favorable terms for the company.
- Conduct risk assessments of contracts and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure appropriate clauses are included to protect the company from potential liabilities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from initiation through execution to closure.
- Track contract renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring deadlines are met.
