The Opportunity 🔮
This is a hybrid opportunity to help lead product engineering at a high-growth startup building AI tools that are helping companies scale 2-3x faster.
As an early engineer at a well-funded startup experiencing top decile growth (3 - 4x revenue growth every year, in the $ millions), you will have full ownership to build product features end-to-end.
Your day-to-day technical challenges could revolve around:
- Concurrency & distributed systems
- Realtime audio AI & precision/recall/latency tradeoffs (algorithms & models)
- Latency (infrastructure)
- Smart funnels & playbooks for our customers (data wrangling, backend eng, GPT, UX)
- Conversation embeddings & markov models (ML modeling)
- Integrations (robust, reliable, and well-abstracted)
- Frontend performance across a wide range of devices
As an early team member, you will be tasked with working on the most impactful product features within our biggest areas of need.
This is a role with high expectations, and a lot of growth & impact potential.
Helpful Qualifications 👏
- 3 - 8+ years experience building complex systems
- A track record of shipping products quickly
- Ability to work within a complex code-base, own entire product areas, and build new features end-to-end
- Hybrid (2-3x/week) in SF
Compensation (pending fit) ⚡
- Base Salary: $160k - $220k+
