All's Well Healthcare Staffing is working with a huge health system, looking for an MD or DO for their Bakersfield, CA location. Our client is looking for someone with strong knowledge of Medicare/DSNP. This is an onsite position, full-time and candidates must be board certified by ABMS.
Requirements:
- CA Licensed MD or DO
- Board certification in their area of specialty by ABMS
- MPH, MBA, or MHA Preferred
- Certification by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians or the American Board of Medical Management preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of established clinical experience.
- Knowledge of the managed care industry including Medicare, Medicaid and or Commercial products.
- Medical utilization management experience, working with health insurance organizations, hospitals and other healthcare providers, MSO, patient interaction, etc.
- Minimum of three (3) years medical leadership experience in a managed care organization or clinical setting
