Job Description:
Able to determine implementation flow for new Business requirements
Document such changes enhancements in relevant format for BRD FRD etc
Provide walkthrough to development teams on functional implementation and system impact
Basic SQL skills to analyze and validate data changes as per requirements
Basic excel skills to analyze and validate data changes as per requirements
Ability to understand ETL data flows to assess data enrichment and aggregation process
Very good verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate effectively
Experience on Test Strategy Test Approach to help determine and implement highly efficient test cycles with maximum coverage
Responsibilities
Drive awareness of requirements and identify process improvement through evaluation of data
Document and educate technical teams on the technical business processes
Own and oversee evaluation through quality assurance at every stage of systems development
Work closely with Quality Assurance team to validate and signoff on the deliverables ensuring alignment with the business requirements
Partner with technical teams on defect analysis to determine causes of defect leakages and implement mechanism to reduce such leakages
