Our client is hiring an IT Support Technician! If you enjoy IT support that is mostly remote, but love working directly with clients onsite occasionally this would be the ideal role to pursue.
You must be located in Colorado, but will be working remotely, due to occasional travel to client sites.
Job Title: IT Support Technician
Schedule and On-Call Requirements: 8 AM - 5 PM MT, with on-call opportunities receiving an extra $200 per week
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $35 - $43/hour
Salary (Upon Conversion): $70,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level II IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage and configure systems using Datto RMM and BCDR tools.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in IT Glue.
- Use AutoTask to manage support tickets and service requests
- Utilize Bomgar/Beyond Trust for remote access and troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
Requirements: Must have experience 2 or more of the following skills sets
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Familiarity with Datto RMM, BCDR, and AutoTask
- Proficiency in using Bomgar/Beyond Trust and IT Glue.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across a variety of systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
