Role with the Company:
The Outside Sales Rep (in Refrigeration Service) role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on Refrigeration solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Refrigeration service market
- Identify and pursue new multi-year maintenance agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate Refrigeration solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized Refrigeration solutions that meet client requirements
- Negotiate pricing and agreements with clients to ensure profitable sales transactions
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, developments, and competitor activities
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Background profile:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or 3 years of HVAC or Refrigeration sales
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in HVAC or Refrigeration
- Strong knowledge of Refrigeration systems and equipment or willingness/ability to learn
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients
- Ability to effectively present and explain technical information to clients
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
