Position Summary:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and evaluating new processes to enhance our manufacturing capabilities. From identifying opportunities for process improvement to mentoring entry-level engineers, your contributions will directly impact our productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing challenges.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles to refine and enhance processes across all areas of production.
- Ensure product and process quality by designing testing methods and establishing standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and production technicians to implement effective solutions.
- Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software, with a preference for Unigraphics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management is preferred.
