Quality Inspector
If you are looking for a new opportunity at a well-established company, then consider this Quality Inspector role! You’ll join the friendly team at a rubber manufacturer’s Laconia, NH facility. One year of experience is preferred for this full-time, first-shift position.
- Responsibilities of the Quality InspectorPerform in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts to ensure they meet customer requirements
- Using calipers, micrometers, vision systems, etc.
- Document inspection results and maintain quality files
- Identify and segregate all nonconforming materials
- Assist QA Manager in various measurement studies and cover QA audit area when needed
- Maintain 6S activities in QC lab and assist in 6S audits as necessary
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Qualifications of the Quality InspectorHigh school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience preferred, including performing inspections, using measuring instruments, and QA auditing
- Ability to review and interpret customer drawings
- Visual acuity and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- IATF16949 or AS9100 experience a plus
