Position Details:
Senior Project Manager/Project Manager

- Maintain and build client relationships.
- Identify client needs, confidently manage client expectations, provide leadership as SME and resource.
- Responsible for oversight and success of projects varying in size and complexity. .
- Manages a project team and accountable for production and budget.
- Serves as market lead.
- Responsible for developing scope, creating fee proposals, contract generation and negotiation, and will oversee project billing.
- Establish and manage project production, budgets, and schedules utilizing Deltek Vantagepoint software.
- Provide internal/external project status reports.
- Seek opportunities to expand market share.
- Deltek WBS generation and maintenance.
- Responsible for all phases of a project from design through construction administration.
- Manage ambiguity, complexity, inspire confidence through purposeful use of resources and time.

Qualification and Requirements of Project Manager:
- Master of Architecture or equivalent.
- Project Manager: Minimum of 8+ years of architecture project management experience.
- Senior Project Manager: 10+ years of project management experience and Registered Architect in the US required.
- Experience and portfolio in the following markets preferred: multi-family, workplace, distribution/logistics, healthcare, higher education, public/civic/government work, aviation & aerospace.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and Bluebeam
- Management and supervision experience.
- Experience and proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint ERP preferred
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Metrics
- Utilization and billability
- Meets or exceeds an average of 3.52 multiplier for all projects managed.
- Project profitability; meeting or exceeding monthly/annual financial goals based on monthly target revenue generation per FTE.
- Meets weekly project WBS plan updates and timesheet compliance.
- Maintain monthly billings, limiting unbilled to less than 10k and DRO less than 90 days.
- Meets execution and generation of all required project contracts.
- Meets or exceeds planned bi-weekly touch points with clients.
- Positive annual performance review.
- Positive client/external surveys.
- Meeting or exceeding target market share increase.
