Position Details:
Our client is seeking a seeking a Manager of Operational Readiness and Airport Transition (ORAT) and Stakeholder Outreach. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless transition for various airport projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive ORAT plans to align with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate move logistics, including technology and operational equipment.
- Manage risks associated with airport transitions and develop mitigation strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to project execution.
- Coordinate training programs and simulations to prepare airport staff for transitions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of ORAT activities and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Implement quality assurance processes to meet the highest standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Airport or Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in stakeholder communications and ORAT.
- Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with vertical construction and renovation of occupied facilities preferred.
