Our client, a climate technology start-up is urgently seeking an exceptional Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, contract, hybrid role located in Alameda. You will be an integral member to the recruiting team managing interview schedules, maintaining accurate candidate records through their ATS, and ensuring candidates have an outstanding interview experience. The ideal candidate will be highly resourceful as well as have excellent communication and time management skills when dealing with several projects thrown your way. ** Please note this is a 3-month hybrid, contract role in Alameda with the possibility of extension, pay will be $30/hr**
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews
- Manage the entire interview process using ATS (Greenhouse), making sure it has accurate candidate records
- Ensure candidates have an outstanding interview experience
- Calendar management, coordinating schedules of meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Provide quick and thoughtful solutions to candidates and interview panel member’s needs.
- Work together with hiring managers and recruiters scheduling interviews.
- Source for new high-quality candidates via LinkedIn.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role is a plus
- Working experience using applicant tracking systems, MS Office and video conferencing tools
- Amazing organizational skills with a focus on quality and outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and reprioritize
- Can-do attitude and ability to manage difficult situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
