OuterBridge Risk Advisors is a commercial and personal Lines P&C insurance agency with offices in Atlanta and Columbus, GA. This position reports to the Atlanta office (3480 Peachtree Road NE 2nd Floor, Atlanta, GA 30326). We enjoy the benefits of looking and operating very differently than most insurance agencies. We are a young, vibrant, consistently growing agency, and we have an opportunity for a new Commercial Lines Account Manager. The agency has designed written processes that work, and we are looking for the right associate to join the team and grow with us!
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who is ready to be with their forever agency - one that will invest in them and their career. In this role, we provide coaching, technology to support your processes, an agency-wide team culture, access to top-tier markets, as well as incentives to succeed. Candidates needs to be P&C licensed, have 10+ years of commercial account management experience, and be located in Atlanta, Georgia to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience using Applied Epic. Otherwise, experience with AMS 360 is acceptable. This position is not a fit for a candidate who has no experience with either system. Ultimately, OuterBridge is looking for a teammate with the necessary prior experience and drive to work as a team with our producers in the management of our small, middle market, and ultimately national commercial accounts. We are looking for an associate with the potential to eventually assume leadership responsibilities within an Operations Manager role.
Mission Of The Role
To retain, manage, and grow the agencies commercial book of business by maximizing the OuterBridge servicing process and applying these strategies daily. This includes developing trusted relationships with our clients and providing best in class service, using client education and risk advisory to grow our client partnerships, and efficiently and accurately following our written data and compliance workflows.
- Maintain a best-in-class retention rate on your assigned book of business
- Conduct account reviews
- Earn and grow our clients trust through education and risk advisory
- Proactively and effectively own new business and remarketing efforts
- Follow written agency data and compliance processes
