Network Systems Administrator
$65K - $80K, based on experience
Join a dynamic, family-owned business with exciting projects and plenty of opportunities to grow your technical skills! We are looking for a Network Systems Administrator to support the infrastructure team and help drive IT operations forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a Windows server environment, Cisco network switches, and Wi-Fi
- Administer hybrid Exchange environments (on-site and Office 365)
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, with Tier 3 knowledge and ambition to grow
- Handle server backups, network troubleshooting, and Zebra printer management
- Participate in on-call rotations to support IT needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with Windows servers, Cisco networking, and Exchange administration
- Knowledge of backups, disaster recovery, and network security
- Problem-solving skills with the drive to grow into advanced infrastructure roles
- Ability to work in a small, collaborative IT team
- Some on-call responsibilities (weekly rotation)
