- Experience in Fire Sprinkler/Suppression industry
- Experience in reading and interpreting blue prints, submittals and operational/product manuals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be willing to travel
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service ; maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs
- Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements (will be driving a company vehicle)- Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70lbs

Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is looking for 2 Sprinkler Service Technicians in Roanoke, VA. This person will be responsible for:
* Receive service calls from Service Resource Center, including a brief description of equipment/system malfunctions.
* Contact customer representative and ascertain equipment/systems problems.
* Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
* These include but are not limited to wet (steel, copper and CPVC), dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
* Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals, part manuals, change notices and bulletins, modification notices, etc., to diagnose and repair equipment.
* Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications software/systems, programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
* Exhibit effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with the district staff and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
* Electronically complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer’s signature.
Compensation:
$30/hr to $37/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
