Our client, a non-profit organization in the education space, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is an on-site position in Manhattan.
Salary: $58-65k
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring she achieves her goals. This involves anticipating needs proactively and managing priorities effectively.
- Representing the CEO in critical communications with stakeholders, fostering essential relationships across all organizational levels and beyond.
- Manage a complex calendar, overseeing requests for the CEO’s time that are often intricate, time-sensitive, and confidential, while setting appropriate expectations.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO's Office, internal departments, staff, and external constituents such as board members, donors, and government officials.
- Handle phone calls and visit requests, determining which inquiries to manage directly, delegate, or escalate to the CEO.
- Coordinate and support special projects and events, conduct research, and analyze data to support meetings and initiatives.
- Maintain administrative procedures, manage workflow, and handle communications for the CEO's Office, including overseeing departmental expenses.
Qualifications:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree and has prior experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Is highly proficient in using MAC, iPhone, iPad, and Google Suite applications.
