Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a strong background in phlebotomy, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to patient care. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, has strong multitasking abilities, and a positive, energetic demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform phlebotomy tasks with precision and care.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring all medical supplies are stocked and prepared.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including managing electronic health records and scheduling systems.
- Build rapport with patients through empathetic communication and compassionate care.
- Ask relevant questions to gather necessary information and provide high-quality patient interactions.
- Exhibit professionalism and curiosity in all aspects of patient care and team interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in phlebotomy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer systems.

Employment Details:
- The role requires working 24 hours per week.
- Candidates may be employed as either a W-2 or 1099 employee.
- This position does not include benefits.
