Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Laguna Niguel, CA. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communication, implementing effective communication strategies, and assisting with administrative tasks and clerical duties on a day-to-day basis.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in a financial or related industry is a plus
Hourly/Salary based upon experience in the Financial Services industry. Hours are flexible.
