Job: Customer Service Representative
Location: Columbus OH and South Jordan UT
Interview: One round - will be onsite or zoom.
Training:
Upon start, there will be a training, training usually is for 3-4 weeks. MS prefers the candidate don’t take any day off during the training period. Please ask them about their vacation/travel plans in advance.
The shifts are not rotational. Generally, available shifts are between Mon-Sun, between 6am-7pm.
Must have requirement:
- Bachelors degree or 2+ years of call handling experience
- Spanish is preferred for South Jordan, UT location
- 4-6 weeks of training(no leaves allowed during training)
BGC requirement:
- 7 years criminal
