Role overview
As our Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of Breww’s ambitious growth strategy to further develop and expand into the US market. This role is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and strategic individual to build and scale our presence in the US, incorporating your expertize, industry knowledge and flair. As the first member of our team on the ground in the US, you will play a key role in assisting to develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy, establish key partnerships, build brand awareness and pave the way to deliver scalable growth throughout the territory. The growth potential is extremely exciting as we expand our US customer base, establish a physical presence and further cement Breww as the right choice for all breweries.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Ownership: Own the assigned territory and assist in developing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including industry events, networking, cold outreach, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brewery owners, managers, and key decision-makers. Understand their unique needs and challenges to position Breww's solutions effectively.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct powerful sales demonstrations that fully understand the customer’s requirements and highlight the benefits and value that Breww delivers.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead follow-ups and negotiations, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve or exceed targets.
- Market Analysis: Immerse yourself in the industry to understand trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to strategically position Breww at the forefront of the US market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, customer support and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while providing feedback for continuous improvement of Breww's offerings.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Present regular reports and market updates to senior management.
About you
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the brewery, beverage, or related industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, organizational and time-management skills. Ability to understand complex software solutions and convey their benefits effectively.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with a proactive approach to identifying and understanding the customer’s needs.
- Relationship Builder: Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial and resourceful with a strong sense of collaboration, confidence, tenacity and drive.
- Growth: Desire to constantly improve and evolve. You’ll be working in a fast-growing company with the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and further develop your skills.
- Location: Be living in commutable distance to Charlotte (North Carolina).
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory if required.

About the Opportunity:
- $60,000 - $80,000 Basic Salary depending on experience
- Uncapped monthly performance-based commission (OTE potential between $80,000 - $110,000)
