Job Description:
Our healthcare provider client is going through a phase Epic implementation across the country and needs additional bandwidth to complete the build and testing stages for their Home Health & Hospice implementation. This need is specifically for their sites going live in Iowa. This contract will last at least 4-6 months, with possibility of extension from there.
Qualifications:
- Epic Dorothy & Comfort Certification is required
- Experience in Dorothy/Comfort build on revenue cycle/billing side and implementation of a new system including experience with multiple new implementations
- Strong knowledge of interface and integration testing experience
- Knowledge of PECOS reporting and order sets
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, configuration, implementation and support of applications and technical integrations within Epic Dorothy & Comfort applications
- Troubleshoots and resolves basic to moderately complex application issues and provides end user support
- Serves as a coordinator and has meaningful relationships with business operations, information technology, leadership, systems users and vendors
- Guide members of the enterprise through a series of integrations and activations
