Our client, a successful high-profile entrepreneur, is searching for a highly qualified Personal Assistant to help run their life and household operations in San Francisco. This role will require managing a small staff and their schedules; working in coordination with their Chief of Staff; planning and managing events; managing communications; handling logistics, projects and household vendors for multiple properties; coordinating complex domestic and international travel and handling local issues while the principal is away; and help with errands, gift-giving and last-minute issues and requests that arise.
The right candidate MUST have prior PA experience and 3-5 years' EA experience, will be flexible and agile, and will have a 24/7 work mentality. Also required are a super polished, kind and professional demeanor, and the ability to anticipate needs and think critically on your own. Longevity with an employer is important. The position is located in San Francisco, is full-time in a hybrid work model, and has compensation up to $150K plus bonus. Candidates living in San Francisco are strongly preferred.
