Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Position Overview: Leading AM Law 200 law firm is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join their team. This role will involve overseeing various HR operations, contributing to firm-wide initiatives, and supporting a dynamic workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply knowledge of Federal and State employment laws to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with staff at all levels to address performance and training needs.
- Manage benefits programs, including leave administration and policy updates.
- Generate notifications for new hires, departures, and organizational changes.
- Facilitate the performance management process for professional staff.
- Contribute to national HR initiatives focused on diversity, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Conduct exit and follow-up interviews to gather feedback and enhance the employee experience.
- Assist with payroll administration and maintain organized employment records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
