As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Lead projects, manage people, and deliver results to clients.
- Focus on mastering team management and progressing into firm leadership.

Responsibilities:
Technical & Content Advisor
- Provide sound guidance to project teams and leadership with strong analytical thinking skills and content knowledge.
- Develop specific expertise based on experience, project work, and interest.
Product Content & Delivery
- Fully own the development and delivery of high-quality, rigorously QC’d, and well-organized content.
Operations, Processes, & BD Support
- Supervise day-to-day operations and brainstorm with leadership to identify future strategic opportunities.
People Management
- Support the development of junior team members.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or relevant life sciences areas.
- Advanced degree or relevant educational experience highly desired.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and quantitative skills.
- Interest in the evolving healthcare industry.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of analytics and ability to enhance data analytics created by junior staff.
- Willingness or ability to travel as needed (20% on average).
