TeamSoft IT Solution’s client is looking for a contract Workday Payroll Configuration Specialist. This position is on-site in Des Moines, IA.
Workday Payroll Configuration Specialist Job Summary:
- Serve as the Workday Payroll configuration and Business Process (BP) solutions architect.
- Support the Workday Payroll Workstream Project Manager with duties as assigned, without serving as the Workstream lead.
- Participate in Workday Payroll Workstream team meetings, planning, and design sessions.
- Assist in defining and executing test scenarios to ensure accurate configurations.
- Document processes, requirements, and project deliverables as assigned.
- Configure Workday Payroll modules to align with business requirements and project goals.
- Verify that project deliverables meet specified requirements and objectives.
Workday Payroll Configuration Specialist Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Workday Payroll configuration.
- Experience with at least 4 Workday Payroll implementations is required.
- Experience with implementations for construction companies and unions is required.
- Strong understanding of how to read configuration workbooks and process flows.
- Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in navigating complex union environments and understanding of union payroll requirements.
