This is a full-time on-site role for our Project Manager for our Highway and road division. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks such as project scheduling, budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control. They will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Estimating and pricing project change orders will be required during project management duties.
Required Experience
- 5 years experience in heavy civil project management
- Experience in expediting and logistics management
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control
- Experience in inspection and quality assurance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience:
- Heavy Civil Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- Project management: 5 years (Required)
- Project Estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
