Exciting opportunity to join an established and growing firm as the vice president of acquisitions. This role will report to the managing partner and be very hands on with underwriting, modeling, due-diligence, market research, and more!
Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research, develop detailed knowledge of targeted markets and present to senior management.
· Create financial models and discounted cashflows for new acquisitions
· Work with investment team on property acquisitions and dispositions
· Work with investors
· Due-diligence
· Various related responsibilities
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree (masters preferred)
· 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
· Strong experience in Argus
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
