Job Summary: We seek a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage Federal Design/Build projects. You will lead project teams, coordinate with design partners, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, develop project plans, monitor progress, and conduct site visits.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration.
- Budget Control: Develop budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct quality inspections.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main contact, provide updates, and maintain relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years in construction project management, preferably Design/Build.
- Proven success managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of construction processes and federal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
