Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Appian, strong communication and stakeholder management skill
- 6-8 years’ experience in IT Application Architecture
- Constructs conceptual application architecture including records, reports, and news feeds
- Designs conceptual workflows and process flows
- Defines application user roles and responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in full software life cycle development methodologies, with a focus on Agile
- Strong hands-on experience with Appian Tool, with a focus on Appian Application and Appian Interface design
- Hands-on experience in design patterns and transaction management, with a focus on Appian patterns and Appian integrations
Bonus/Soft Skills:
- Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms
- Involved in gathering the requirements, designing, and mapping the same to the business processes.
- Understands fundamental web development concepts: navigation and pages
