Title – Executive Assistant
Hours: 8 - 5 - hybrid
Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: up to $150K

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, with 5-7 years of project management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required.
- Experience working closely with senior-level executives, with an ability to maximize meeting efficiency and outcomes.
- Previous experience in a start-up, multinational, or management consulting firm is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting cross-functional executive team leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills, and project management software.
- Availability outside regular working hours to respond to high-priority requests.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams and the CEO’s office to develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Organize and prioritize tasks for the CEO’s office, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives and effective management of multiple project responsibilities.
- Prepare board meeting materials, provide timely updates, and coordinate follow-up actions, supporting positive board relationships.
- Facilitate Executive Team (L-10) meetings by ensuring proper preparation, relevance, and follow-through on action items, while participating in meeting discussions.
- Manage project-related communications, documentation, and administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel coordination, and event planning, to ensure smooth project execution.
