Job Description:
- The Quality Engineer participates in the development, execution, and oversite of products and processes used in the manufacturing environment to ensure robust and cost-effective designs.
- This role includes developing and helping to integrate systems that support compliance and traceability requirements in accordance with AS9100.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or applicable science degree. Master's degree a plus.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with a bachelor's degree or 2 years' experience with a master's degree.

- Knowledgeable in quality software, quality systems and records.
- Experience with Metrology/Calibration
- Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality system

- Is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.
- Demonstrates a very advanced level of root-cause analysis
- Ability to solve complex problems and assist with the implementation of continuous breakthrough improvements.
- Must have advanced knowledge of product manufacture and inspection, testing and technology.
- In depth knowledge of problem-solving methods and techniques
- Knowledge of process management, technical specs, regulatory guidelines and contractual requirements
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to independently determine and develop approaches to solutions while in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
