Position Overview: As a Litigation Discovery Staff Attorney, you will play a crucial role in managing the discovery process for our litigation cases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough document reviews and analyses
- Manage eDiscovery and be the firm's eDiscovery SME
- Collaborating with our litigation team to develop case strategies
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Drafting Breifs
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Massachusetts or New Jersey BAR
- 4+ years of experience in litigation and eDiscovery
- Proficiency in eDiscovery software and document management systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
