Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the hospitality industry that is looking to add an HR Director to their team. Our client is a leading player in the hospitality industry with a vast network of franchises spanning multiple locations. They are currently seeking the expertise of an HR Director who will drive the design and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures, oversee HR compliance, liaise with brokers to manage benefits offerings, oversee employee relations and performance management, develop an effective employee handbook, and maintain HRIS while regularly providing impactful reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create effective HR policies and procedures and ensure their implementation at all levels of the organization.
- Guarantee all HR operations are in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Partner with brokers to design and manage benefits offerings for employees.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Oversee performance management procedures and make necessary recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee handbook.
- Manage HRIS maintenance and ensure that data is accurately updated and utilized.
- Provide regular HR reporting to keep the management updated on HR dynamics within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Director, preferably within the hospitality industry or supporting franchises with multiple locations.
- Demonstrated experience creating HR policies and procedural frameworks, overseeing HR compliance, and designing benefits offerings.
- Sound knowledge of employee relations and performance management.
- Previous experience creating an effective employee handbook.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and a track record of effective HR reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
