Your Role: As an Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that their projects are priced accurately and effectively, setting the stage for successful execution. You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders, from architects to city officials, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards and ambitious goals.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership and Impact:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with project teams and subcontractors, becoming the go-to expert for project pricing
- Take charge of pricing strategies, ensuring they not only meet but exceed our company’s profit objectives.
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and integrity in all your dealings.
- Keep communication lines open and proactive, addressing any potential issues before they impact project timelines.
- Deliver top-notch service to clients, anticipating and responding to their needs with agility and expertise.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Present and review your detailed estimates with the Director of Preconstruction, shaping the strategic direction of our projects.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, developers, and city officials to coordinate and achieve project goals.
- Lead the development of preconstruction and construction schedules, aligning with all stakeholders to drive project success.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a High School GED equivalent combined with at least five years of hands-on experience in estimating or project management with a construction manager or general contractor.
- A client-focused, dynamic individual who balances exceptional service with a keen sense of the company’s interests.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
