StenTam is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Litigation Counsel to join our legal team. The successful candidate will handle breach of contract claims for clients who have not fulfilled their payment obligations. This role requires strong litigation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex legal disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent StenTam in breach of contract claims involving clients who have not paid.
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies to resolve disputes efficiently.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on breach of contract matters.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure consistency and alignment in litigation approaches.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on breach of contract claims.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex litigation cases.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
