Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle for a wide range of sensor products, including:
- Inductive Sensors
- Capacitive Sensors
- Photoelectric Sensors
- Magnetic Sensors
- Conductive and Optical Level Sensors
- Ultrasonic Sensors
- Motion Sensors
- Safety Light Curtains (Industrial and Safety)
- Environmental Sensors
- Develop and execute product strategies to meet business goals and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to align product development with market needs.
- Conduct market research, analyse customer feedback, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and training to sales teams and key stakeholders.
- Manage product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee product launches and ensure all marketing materials effectively communicate the product’s value proposition.
- Engage with customers, distributors, and partners to gather insights and ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the sensor or industrial automation space.
- Proven expertise in managing product lifecycles and driving growth for sensor-based technologies.
- Strong understanding of industrial and environmental sensors, safety systems, and automation applications.
- Ability to analyse market trends and data to develop successful product strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
