Logistics Coordinator - Beaverton
Production and Repair Shipping/Logistics:
-Create Packing Slips and Commercial Invoices for domestic and international shipments
-Create Fed-ex/DHL/UPS Labels when necessary
-Schedule pickups
-Clear shipments that get stuck
-Communicate with Sales on shipment status and needs
-Create RMA paperwork when necessary
-Work in ERP system to systematically ship goods
Receiving:
-Follow standard receiving practices
-Verify/validate paperwork and save appropriately.
-Work with finance and procurement for receipts and differences in qty, pricing, supplier information.
-Clear incoming shipments when blocked
-Work in ERP system to systematically receive goods.
Knowledge Base:
-Experience in domestic and international Fed-ex/UPS/DHL shipments.
-Excel and PDF editor proficiency
-Experience in using ERP system to ship or receive Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
