Apply for the position of BH Integrated Therapist at the Lynn Community Health Center.
In this role you will:
- Consult and coordinate care with other providers involved in the patient’s care including LCHC providers, the PCP, and providers from outside agencies.
- Offer crisis management services as necessary but will review high risk situations with their supervisor in real time.
- Perform comprehensive bio-psycho- social diagnostic evaluations with patients.
- Create patient centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment, provide case management services, and assess patients ongoing clinics needs and progress.
- Obtain the opportunity to provide the supervision of other employees.
- Qualify for Continued Medical Education (CME) reimbursement.
The successful applicant will offer:
- Practicum and Internship experience in the diagnosis and treatment of those problems specific to mentally ill patients manifesting a wide spectrum of illnesses and symptoms.
- Practicum and Internship experience consulting and/or collaborating with the various agencies that provide care for mentally ill patients.
- Clinical license as a LCSW or LICSW or LMHC or Psy. D or PHD,
- Master’s degree in field of study, with commensurate practicum and internship which focused clinical mental health practice.
- Quality training in psychotherapeutic techniques.
- Utilize those skills to interact with patients/clients, team members and staff from other departments in a collaborative setting.
Starting salary commensurate with experience.
