Broker Assistant for Commercial Real Estate Firm in Downtown Chicago (Wacker/Jackson 60606)
Bradford Allen (www.BradfordAllen.com), a Chicago-based commercial real estate firm providing a full spectrum of brokerage services is seeking to hire a client services coordinator to join our downtown agency leasing team in our Chicago office on Wacker Drive (300 S. Wacker, Chicago, IL 60606).
The candidate will assist the downtown leasing team in developing new business accounts and servicing existing clients by performing the typical roles of a client services coordinator. The position is a path to brokerage if desired.
Compensation – Negotiable salary

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and keep current all listings using online platform
- Ability to work across numerous departments to increase Leads, Referrals and Opportunities
- Assist and distribute digital and print marketing including email campaigns, postcards, flyers, miscellaneous marketing pieces, client information packages, etc.
- Accurately track prospecting, referrals, leads, and sales
- Maintain and grow database, verify information, and capture email addresses for future campaigns.
- Research leads and update CRM with information provided.
- Preparation of specific transaction related documents such as Lease Proposals, Client Agreements, etc. required in Commercial Real Estate transactions
- Help identify new client opportunities through market research and current client base
- Assist and coordinate between broker and other departments in the development and preparation of marketing and presentation materials
- Run financial analysis to be presented by broker to client.
- Assist with pitches and client/prospect meetings
- Maintain any social media accounts
- Backup for showings
- Perform all typical roles of a Broker Assistant
- Work closely with assigned brokers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Illinois Real Estate Broker’s license, can start process post hire
- Experience in commercial real estate, marketing or sales a bonus, but not necessary
- Openness to prospecting and new business development
- Strong communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
- Must possess a professional presence and be a strong relationship builder
- Ideal candidate is detail oriented, driven, optimistic, outgoing and an energetic self-starter
- Excellent follow through and expectation setting with team members
