Belcan is looking for an Integrated Master Scheduler with 2 plus years of experience in Cincinnati, OH. This is a direct, full-time position with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have at least 2 years of scheduling experience for engineering projects and are proficient in utilizing a project scheduling software such as Smartsheet or Open Plan. You will be working with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders on full lifecycle programs that are executed from engineering and development to production.
Job Duties:
* Work with the cross functional team to create, refine, and update the project plan for the projects that are assigned to them.
* Outline the business need, project goals, and key project milestones.
* Conduct Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) workshops / meetings to break down the work horizontally (deliverables) and vertically (function).
* Create and continuously update the project schedule and action plan(s) to achieve milestones and overall project goals.
* Actively manage project changes and re-baselining schedule as needed.
* Develop standard project schedule for small engineering design change projects, field inquires, Departure Records (DR), and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) projects, including tasks, durations, resource requirements, dependencies, etc.
* Collaborate with technical team members to create and setup tasks, assignments, durations, and linkages.
* Support Work breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Planning, Baseline Management to include Budget Change Requests (BCRs), Schedule Change Requests (SCRs), Administrative Change Requests (ACRs)
* Monitor project timelines and deadlines; identifying potential delays and facilitating intervention.
* Drive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) cleanup efforts and support audit preparations.
* Run critical / driving paths and articulate its importance in driving program execution.
* Support IMS Leader with various tasks in preparation for Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) and monthly reports.
* Assist in the generation of reports to provide to client business leaders on key metrics, milestones, critical path, and (for EVM projects) key EVM metrics and milestones.
Required Qualifications:
* Education: Associate degree in a recognized engineering field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of lifecycle project management & scheduling experience.
* Highly organized, detailed oriented; commitment to accuracy in maintaining and updating schedules
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Exceptional organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work well independently and with team, under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
* Some technical, or mechanical background is preferred. Emphasis on experience working with Engineers.
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SmartSheet, or Tableau, to generate reports and metrics.
* Ability to take ownership of your work and the overall success of the program you are supporting.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $60,000 to $85,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
