Location: Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI
Compensation: $95K-$105K + bonus opportunity and great benefits!

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, customer experience, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role working with and selling to grocery channel or frozen retail channel customers (industry experience is REQUIRED).
- Desire and demonstrated experience leading and growing direct reports.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems (Oracle ERP is a plus).
