Position Visual Designer

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Identity Development:
o Create a visually appealing and consistent branding identity that aligns with the team's values and DWM’s branding guidelines.
o Develop branding elements such as colour schemes, typography, logo usage, and graphical motifs to be integrated across all PMO materials.
Template Design:
o Design and develop customizable presentation templates to ensure consistency and professionalism in project updates, pitches, and internal communications.
o Create templates for stakeholder weekly/monthly reports that are visually engaging and streamline the communication of project progress.
o Design meeting minutes templates and new project intake forms that are user-friendly and aligned with the branding identity.
Communication & Change Management Support:
o Create visual aids that support change management strategies, including infographics, process diagrams, and other graphical elements that aid in the understanding and adoption of new processes.
o Develop email banners and other communication materials that reinforce the team’s brand identity in every interaction.
Collaboration & Feedback:
o Work closely with project managers, executives, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the visual designs meet the needs of all involved parties.
o Iterate on designs based on feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and appeal of the PMO’s visual materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in visual design, branding, or a related role, preferably within a corporate or IT environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to create cohesive visual identities.
- Experience in developing visual aids that support change management strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience working in a project management office (PMO) or IT department.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
