Position Overview: The Aviation Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our aircraft teardown, engine sales, and consignment purchasing operations. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and executing strategic initiatives to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation industry, with a focus on aircraft teardown, engine sales, and consignment purchasing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with aircraft owners, operators, leasing companies, OEMs, MROs, and other industry partners.
- Actively prospect and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the aviation marketplace.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions, from acquisition to delivery.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market dynamics.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, market developments, and emerging technologies relevant to aircraft teardown and engine sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Sales, or related field (preferred).
