GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Contract Compliance Coordinator assists in the oversight of contract compliance and monitoring of HBI program(s).

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Program Audit
- Audit program data for consistency and accuracy within the system(s) related to verification of services.
- Conducts internal contract monitoring for HBI program(s), which includes verification of services and documentation required by contract or funding agency.
- Communicates results of monitoring to program staff, managers and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Verification of Services
- Reviews, compiles, and verifies all data and documentation as applicable to contractual requirements.
- Collaborates with Operations Managers and Regional Program Managers to address issues identified through verification of services.
Program Support and Coordination
- Supports internal stakeholders in preparation for contract monitoring and reviews/audits conducted by external agencies.
- Provides technical assistance to staff on issues such as contract requirements and documentation
- Serves as liaison between internal and external stakeholders regarding contract matters.
- Monitors implementation of corrective action plans in response to findings of internal and external reviews.
- Verifies completion of components and timelines outlined in corrective action plan(s), work collaboratively with Operations Managers and respective parties.
- Coordinates, compiles, and submits documentation supporting close-out processes as applicable to contracts.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Communicates with HBI staff at all levels, regarding contract compliance and verification of services.
External: Communicates with a wide variety of individuals in local and state delegations, private providers, funding agencies, organizations, and partners.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Usual office-type working conditions; routine physical conditions include walking, carrying, standing, hearing/listening, and sitting; travel (35%) anticipated.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience.
Experience/Skills: A minimum of 3 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency with database software, as well as MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to present data and facts in written reports.
- Experience managing confidential, sensitive information.
- Demonstrated experience developing and/or delivering presentations in multiple formats.
- Valid drivers’ license
- Possess a current valid state driver license.
STATUS: EXEMPT
SALARY RANGE: Level 4, commensurate with skills and experience
JOB LOCATION: Remote, National Office
WORK MODEL: Remote, National Office- Hybrid 3 days a week
