We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with 5+ years of SaaS sales experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through acquiring new business opportunities.
This position has a base of $100-125K and OTE at $200-250K, with the ability for the right AE to significantly surpass those figures based on a high incentive plan.
The AE will be representing a Creative Production Platform headquartered in NYC with a long-time outstanding reputation amongst brands, studios, and agencies. The platform has a set of solutions that have an excellent perception in the market, are innovative, and resonate with clients and partners.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office in NYC (Tues-Thur).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets above $1M
- Experience working through a complex sales cycle and closing strategic business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decisions
Preferred candidate qualifications:
- Experience in the video, productivity, or collaboration SaaS market.
- Proven track record of selling to CIOs, creative leadership, marketing, operations, and IT teams.
- Skilled in driving adoption from smaller retail deals to large, enterprise-wide agreements.
- Ability to sell through storytelling and emotional appeal.
