Franchise Business Consultant
Exciting opportunity! We seek a Franchise Business Consultant to join our organization. You will put your deep experience in operational efficiency and background in sales and sales training to work. The Franchise Business Consultant will assist with optimizing the day-to-day operations of a large, multi-unit portfolio of Massage Spas. The role is critical in ensuring operational excellence across all locations, with a focus on maximizing efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and driving profitability. The Consulting role will work closely with regional and unit managers to implement strategies that align with corporate objectives, directly impacting EBITDA. Candidates must have experience analyzing financial metrics including P&L, Revenue, Margins etc and be comfortable creating actionable strategies to improve profitability and Growth .

- Act as a business advisor to franchisees, offering strategic guidance on operational best practices, business planning, and financial performance.
- Analyze key financial metrics (P&L, revenue, margins) and develop actionable strategies to improve profitability and growth
- Collaborate with franchise owners to implement marketing and promotional strategies aimed at increasing membership sales and retention, and customer acquisition
- Work closely with corporate teams to ensure alignment with brand standards, compliance, and franchisee support
- Evaluate and advise on operational improvements related to staffing, inventory management, and customer service
