Responsibilities include being able to:
- Present and sell this company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Recognize decision-makers among the targeted leads in order to start the sales process.
- Uphold and multiply the database of contacts within targeted organizations.
- Sustain sales activities, e.g., appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, dials, and database updates.
- Partner with Account Managers and Sales Management to regulate strategic tactics for sales.
- Create and sustain current customer relationships, e.g., respond to customer requests, and manage and resolve customer concerns.
- Preserve precise account information and activity detail in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Deliver efficient product demos for end-user customers as well as for the resellers.
- Support the reseller communication channel throughout the sales procedure.
- Contribute to marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
Key Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business or other related specialties.
- Former business-to-business software sales experience (5+ years) required.
- Experience selling into Enterprise Level Accounts.
- Experience selling storage, security, information management, or similar software.
- Successful multi-million-dollar quota attainment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional phone skills.
- Personal ambition and internal motivation toward high attainment.
- Fluency in multiple languages is helpful.
