What you get to do:
- Develop a structure of support focused on fulfilling the service needs that is effective and leaves all Polyglass customers highly satisfied
- Develop, guide and mentor a dedicated team of 12 service professionals
- Effectively partner with the Sales function to ensure we maintain a ‘customer-first’ mindset and deliver the proper outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams such as technical services and transportation to pro-active resolve common issues before they occur and ensure a flawless deliver to customers
- Create, refine and ensure consistent delivery of all processes and procedures that will deliver on effective service levels on a consistent basis
- Investigates and solves customer’s problems, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Review regional needs of customers and align the team to assign the proper team members to each region’s distinct characteristics
- Review and strategize on all relevant KPI’s / measures to determine the level of customer service Polyglass is providing and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with Finance to assure pricing accuracy and customer communication on a timely basis
The skills and experience you bring to our dynamic team:
- Minimum of eight years’ experience in Customer Service and leading Customer Service teams
- AS-400 or other enterprise-wide system experience preferred
- Up to 25% travel is required for this role
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or the equivalent preferred
- Experience supporting the following environments highly preferred: manufacturing, logistics/distribution, B2B, industrial products
